Andy Bae is an award-winning cinematographer and recent Film and Television graduate from Boston University. Originally from the Bay Area, his passion for film initially sprouted from a love for theatre production, being drawn to the combination of technical and creative skills to create powerful, meaningful stories.
His natural curiosity and enterprising mentality have aided him in gaining a strong foundation in detail-oriented creative development, management, education, and technical know-how. Heading large camera/lighting departments has taught him how to work efficiently in fast-paced environments and maintain a clear, solutions-oriented mindset under pressure.
He's extremely eager to expand his skill set and knowledge of the industry by seeking unique opportunities that will challenge his creative ability.
He is currently based in Brooklyn, NY and works as a Commercial/Music Video Content Curator at ShotDeck.
